Overall the transaction and dealings with the buyer went smoothly. Elizabeth was helpful in resolving minor issues with the house. Unfortunately, I chose to use the same title company as the buyer and that was a big mistake. Six business days have passed since the close and the title company gave access to the house to the buyer and I have yet to receive my funds. I am going to have to file a Florida Bar Complaint and potentially sue for damages but this has nothing to do with the support Elizabeth and Keyes provided. I am confident we will receive the proceeds soon. Thanks
